Oh, that old, tired argument. Federal dollars do go to pay for the facility, equipment, and salaries of PP clinics, so to say those dollars aren't used for abortions is a little crazy.
No, it's not at all crazy, unless you have some evidence that Fed dollars are going to pay for abortions.
If you want to say "Well, Fed dollars kinda, sorta, enable abortions at PP to happen at a higher rate, a little bit", you could make that argument, but it would still be pretty flimsy.
That's not the claim that was made, and that I responded to, however.

Firstly Abortion is legal since 1973.
Secondly it is sound public policy to allow women who want to abort their pregnancies to do so.
Better Federal dollars go towards abortion or birth control than for medical expenses, incarceration or welfare.
If someone is against abortion then please help young poor (often minority) women to make smart choices - this means better secondary education and above all better sex education along with readily available birth control.
Travis County (Austin) DA is notoriously partisan. One of the Perry indictments was quickly tossed by a federal appeals court, the other is still in the court system, but effectively going nowhere.
What on earth does Travis County have to do with a Harris County grand jury?
