Very poor training for this hospital receptionist....
Having worked in ER's etc for over 20 years this is MOST inappropriate.
EMS does NOT have to collect co-pays. They just bill whoever.....

Triage would be direct to ER and nurses treat the pt. NOW.
Admitting only needs name, SS to get pt. registered.
