There hasn't been a time in history when a major world power hasn't come crumbling down. The US will come crumbling down, no idea when, but it will start over.

This is true, I just don't see it happening in our lifetime. Maybe in a few hundred years to even a few thousand years, but we won't live to see it happen.

"With unemployment at 5%, the lowest in many years, not much danger of collapse." I am more worried about individual states collapsing and bankruptcies. (Ours) the overall unemployment is lwoer than it was but individual states (ours) are very bad and employment prospects and business climate is dim due to mismanagement of funds.
