The fact that she did not tell Obama, her immediate superior about the data breach will sink her. He said right out she never told him. That is a problem for her.

People like you are the problem and not understanding what encompasses classified material, not just secret material....stop focusing on only secret, it start with For Official Use Only (FOUO) Everything she touched is FOUO....period.....

Also what you fail to realize is that this is NOT the repubs, this is the FBI.....

Why is the FBI involved?

FOUO
Secret
Top Secret

And I'm sure there are more than just those....that I don't know about....

These bad traits of Clinton should preclude her from the Presidency in everyone's eyes.

Not only do the demonstrate unworthiness but should set off alarms to avoid her politically at all costs.

Iraq was a mistake that should never had been made. So now do we double down on poor judgement? If HRC made this kind of poor judgement with regards to her e-mail account, what kind of poor judgement will she display if she is given the power to run this country? You can sit there and dwell on the mistakes of the past all day long, but that doesn't dictate our future. Can we somehow take back the invasion of Iraq? No, we can't, but we can prevent the potential mistake of not electing a woman who is clearly showing poor judgement before she is even elected.

I should also point out that at the time of the Iraq invasion, Clinton was a US Senator and voted for the invasion. If the invasion was a bad judgement, then she owns part of that too..

Why is the FBI investigating her emails isn't that Trey Gowdy's responsibility

Fox News once again reporting the real story that everyone else missed, nice title though "Gross Negligence", LOL

Because there is enough to warrant a criminal investigation.

But the special review — by the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency — concluded that the emails were “Top Secret,” the highest classification of government intelligence, when they were sent to Mrs. Clinton in 2009 and 2011.

there is a word that is used ""encrypted""--
It's not clear what protections were in place however:

https://www.venafi.com/blog/post/wha...-email-server/

For while any data being sent would be sent as plain text if it was stored as plain text, if it's intercepted by third party it can be read. Once the certificate was installed this would only encrypt the communications Clinton was making between her devices and the server. If the server or the device was compromised and the emails stored as plain text it's wide open.

Additionally communications between herself and someone else where emails are being sent and received would first require the recipient to obtain a public/private key. The sender would then use the public key to encrypt the email, this is a very cumbersome process.
