Not at all true. The FBI investigation is only to determine if a criminal statute was violated by anyone. And it will likely lead to nothing. But let it run its course. Then we see. Who knows there could be a smoking gun in there somewhere.

As someone who used to handle classified material I can tell you that the Sec of State is bound by the same rules and regulations as anyone else with regard to the handling of classified material. If she read or transmitted anything classified on her nonsecure server she is guilty of negligence, at the very least.
I predict nothing will happen to her because she knows too much about Obama. She'll be protected to keep her from spilling the beans. But that doesn't mean she didn't do anything wrong.
