Anyone saying that what this judge is doing is exercising her beliefs is a moron. Only major religions are respected by the law and there is no religion but the religion of hate and homosexual that would do this. She is doing it out of pure vindictiveness like most homos roll.

She isn't doing anything this is a story from 2012, she now officiates weddings for anyone, even though it is not a requirement of her position.
Of course there are no ramifications, it lies within the realm of ridiculous and that is where the left lives.
Her statement is a call that she should be removed from the bench.
Abuse of Office.
First there are no ramifications because officiating ceremonies is not a job requirement for judges in Texas, it's optional. She currently officiates for anyone wanting her to do so.
This thread is one big series of #derps after another.
This JUDGE situation is in no way analogous at ALL to the CLERK Kim Davis.
Different positions, different job requirements, no treating couples differently based on sexuality (neither homosexuals nor heterosexuals were getting married in her courtroom) .... oh, and an old news story to boot, where this judge now does actually marry everyone, gay, straight and in-between!
I don't think she can state "religious beliefs" in defense of her actions. She is merely defying the law (as I would expect of a gay activist). She should be removed from the bench.
It is quite a different tale.
Gays seem to understand THEIR rights, but completely disregard the rights of others. It is like when smokers used to spoil your dinner in restaurants.
If the law states that gay marriage is legal, I am sure that there are many, many judges and clerks who do not have religious convictions that oppose such arrangments who can conduct these ceremonies.
If I was getting married, to the one I would spend the rest of my life with, that last thing I would want to do is repeat my vows before a pervert.
Better extend your dislike to no gay emergency room doctors, no gay entertainers, no gay chefs, etc.
Yes, it is possible to live your life in a sad little bubble of bubbas where everyone looks and thinks like Kim Davis, who appears to be stuck in 1989.
