Who said that the thugs were from Texas? Maybe you need a refresher on the history of hurricane Katrina? I suspect that Louisiana sent some thugs and Texas disposed of them.

These guys weren't from Texas, didn't come from Texas, didn't live in Texas, weren't born in Texas nor did either of them ever live in Texas at any point in their lives.

They jumped in a car in Phoenix AZ and drove to Garland for the sole purpose of eating some lead courtesy of the Garland Police Department.
