The quiz says that I'm strongly libertarian. On personal, I'm 90% and economics I'm 70%.

This is just a poorly created quiz intended to make people align themselves with libertarian ideals. I'm not really libertarian and hold many libertarians in contempt, so I find the results laughable.

According to your answers, the political group that agrees with you most is...

LIBERTARIAN
Libertarians support maximum liberty in both personal and economic matters. They advocate a much smaller government; one that is limited to protecting individuals from coercion and violence. Libertarians tend to embrace individual responsibility, oppose government bureaucracy and taxes, promote private charity, tolerate diverse lifestyles, support the free market, and defend civil liberties.

Pretty much confirms what I've always claimed to be!

Your ECONOMICS issues Score is 100%

Libertarian

Just left of the center; that's about right I suppose. I'm not entirely against the draft in desperate times (though before there is a draft, we need to think about the important of the war; for example, I'd absolutely refuse to be drafted to go to Iraq or Vietnam, but would accept that as valid for Japan or Germany). Also, national ID won't bother me.

As for as economics, I wish I were a fiscal conservative, but I just don't think that's realistic at the moment. If government just stopped spending, things would collapse. We do need to get our spending under control, but we need to do is right. Also, I fully support social security.

Great quiz!

I'm a centrist.

What's funny is that yesterday, here on CD, one poster told me that I was a "socialist commie red" while another one told me that I was a republican and I needed to stop lying about being an independent!

Seems the personal questions leaned more toward libertarian view or obvious it was yes.

According to your answers, the political group that agrees with you most is...

CENTRIST
Centrist prefer a "middle ground" regarding government control of the economy and personal behavior. Depending on the issue, they sometimes favor government intervention and sometimes support individual freedom of choice. Centrists pride themselves on keeping an open mind, tend to oppose "political extremes," and emphasize what they describe as "practical" solutions to problems.

I don't need an internet quiz to enlighten me. At age 66 I spent enough of my years supporting the libertarian platform to know where I stand. Which is NOT with with any of the current Republican or Tea Party candidates who advocate government control over personal liberty.
