Who is paying for all this largesse? When was the money appropriated by Congress?
It's in HHS budget. They got an extra $500+ million to deal with "UAC"s.
They projected this and planned for it and got the money for it.
They planned for 60,000. We haven't hit 60,000 yet and 75% of those kids got reunited with their families here.
So I don't know why Obama needs nearly $4 billion more now.
You are ALWAYS so uninformed it is actually hilarious. You stand on your soapbox but know nothing of what you speak.... He said it in the last couple of weeks. Go look it up, I'm not spoon feeding you.
No they aren't. Obama had already said he isn't deporting anybody.
He couldn't if he wanted to considering that the law states the unaccompanied minors get a hearing.
People scream and yell that the President is acting like a dictator, but then turn around and accuse him of not doing anything when he follows the law and does not circumvent Congress. It's truly bizarre.

But we let 50,000 families loose in the US with permisos Oct-June and that's just from the Texas border.
CBP reports 290,000 apprehended Oct-June. If 50,000 are kids then what did we do with the other 240,000 ?
Did anybody actually read HR5230, there's nothing about DACA in there. I'd like to know why the political analysis people (even National Review online - Bill Crystal - etc) are misreading it and misleading people.
An amendment was added in committee by King (R-IA) to pass Hr5160 as part of the deal. That amendment was soundly opposed by every Democrat at the federal level minus two Senators. That's where they stalled, that's why the bill died. Boehner knew he could not get the emergency appropriations without appeasing his GOP allies and defunding Obama's unlawful DACA, and Democrats said nothing with any limits on DACA would pass in the Senate.
Obama, Reid and others keep trying to not only get amnesty, but increased funding for it, and Republicans keep fighting against it. Why else would Democrats flat out wail and moan about attacks on the DACA, itself a departure from the law and the constitutional duties of the office of President?
