Yep, it's always the biggest chicken hawks that can't wait to send other people into combat. Five deferment "I had better things to do" Dick Cheney is the worst. He should be sitting in jail cell, not being granted television interviews. Looking at him is looking into the face of pure evil.
Any criticism of any Iraq policy by Dick Cheney is supreme hypocrisy. He should do that criticism as part of a stand up comedy routine. If a GOP President did the same as Obama, he would support it. Love that billboard from Old Gringo: post #191. LOL!
Obama deserves every ounce of criticism. What we did in Iraq was the right thing to do. The strategy of allowing no "safe haven" for terrorists was the right strategy. A 'War on Terror' leaves no stone unturned, no place for terrorists to hide.
Unfortunately, Obama from the outset abandoned the 'War on Terror' and let our enemies know it.
Obama has aided and abetted terrorism, as he has been a supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood, the father of al-Qaeda. The man is a stupid ass. Period.
Who killed Osama bin Laden, the terrorist who planned the 911 attack? The Obama administration's intelligence and military operation back in 2011. You learned something. You're welcome.

Rumsfeld's statement at the beginning that the war in Iraq would last somewhere between 5 days and 5 months should have been enough reason to go into hiding for the rest of his life, but there he is going on a book tour touting his knowledge and professionalism. Embarassing that he was the Sec of Def, at least Bush had the good sense to fire him and put Robert Gates in place.
Don't know why we were island hopping to Japan, either.
We could have gone straight to Tokyo through China.
