There are people who won't tip a person because they look fat, are ugly etc... So why bother starting threads every time you run across a person like that?

This whole "issue" is ridiculous and reeks of yet another social agenda.
The day there is just as much outrage over large-breasted or attractive waitresses getting larger tips than their small-breasted or average looking counterparts, I'll start taking the people complaining seriously.
Tipping is discretionary. Like it or not, the reasons a tip is or isn't left for the server is not something you can enforce.
I always leave a tip even if it's a small one (unless I'm ordering take out). I'm hardly a bleeding heart liberal but tips are these people's income.
Also a lot of restaurants have tip sharing programs and employees other than waiters and waitresses are relying on tips for their income.
There has only been one time that I have not left a tip for a server. And I don't feel bad about it. Our server ignored us in favor of flirting with the table of guys next to us, even doing a shot with them. When she would come around by us, she was distracted because she kept her attention on the guys. I was like forget that, no tip.
I'm getting tired of hearing about these stories, whether they're true or not. Stupid for people to make these stories up if they're not true & stupid for people to actually write crap like that on a receipt if they are true. I mean, who even DOES that? Who would take it upon themselves to be so obnoxious as to write something like that? People have no manners, none.
If your a straight server in a place that has a gay clientele what would you do? I would act gay to get tips. Liberals aren't smart enough to understand that they just want everything to be fair and and given to them and then whine when they don't get their way. Unreal what is being raised in this country anymore. Adapt and overcome...............oops liberals despise the marines so never mind.

I hope this dumbass is fired for posting that receipt. The fact that someone wouldn't tip because a person "looks gay" is absurd, but so is blatantly not following the rules of your employer.
