Wic is not a problem. I doubt if even Paul Ryan could get excited about WIC. What is WIC 7 Billion" How much is Medicare?? 540 billion. We spend 150 Billion keeping seniors alive in their last year of life and we cant spend 7 billion for food for kids? You guys have your priorities all wrong, but then again most of you are over 65. This is a war on kids waged by geezers.

This is disturbing. Why are so many people having babies they can't support?
Well because it's a right, didn't you know?
Just like it's a right for a man to insert various portions of his anatomy into another man's rectum.
Just like it's a right to confiscate guns you own because they may make me feel uncomfortable.
Just like it's a right to tell you how to think and act.
Just like it's a right to smoke dope all day.

I could go on, but I'd be here all night listing various "rights" that liberals think they have.

It's human instinct and nature to want to have offspring at a younger and healthier age. However these days it takes one nearly into their 30's to get a masters degree and find a high paying career. I suppose one has to make a choice between having and raising children or working a big time career.

I find your remarks very offensive. You're beloved welfare children are going to be "old geezers" themselves one day and in need of help. In other words they will be double dipping into our tax coffers while these so-called "old geezers" never collected welfare in any form and worked all their lives to provide for their families. They also pay into Medicare all their lives and continue to do so till they die. It is you that has your priorities screwed up. Many if not most of these welfare recipient babies are born from irresponsible parents and worst of all those who are born from illegal alien parents.

This is disturbing. Why are so many people having babies they can't support?
Because the family unit is destroyed in the United States. Income wouldn't matter if the family unit existed in the United States.

Say what? Which stores have you been shopping in? The prices here are high...NOT at an "historic low cost". What history? An entire week?

We have become a nation of freeloaders. It did not happen overnight and this is the Democratic Party plan for decades. A sad reflection on our culture and society.

The data is 10 years old; but nothing has changed to shift it in any meaningful way

As a group, the 207 million white residents in the U.S. population receive $212 billion in benefits. As a group, then, they receive some $1,022 per person in welfare aid.

There are some 30 million Hispanic residents in the U.S., and Hispanics as a group receive $69 billion in welfare, or roughly $2,210 per person. As a group, the 33 million black residents in the U.S. receive $105 billion in welfare aid, or roughly $3,230 per person.

Welfare hurts anyone it touches. But answer this,if Conservatives hate welfare so much why do they take it?
