No, in fact trayons family should sue for not having a jury of his peers, the jury was pretty much white women , they wouldve found zim notnguilty no matter how much evidence they had to show it was murder, not self defense
Who cares who paid? He now wants the state to pay for some which appears he is entitled to on some level according to the law. If the state was concerned they shouldn't have filed politically motivated charges and produced a made for TV show trial.
It was outrageous they didnt arrest him to.begin with, for six weeks after killing an unarmed kid. If he was.black and trayvon was white ,gz woulda been arrested.and charged right away. Outraged citizens helped in calling for justice to occur. This also shows it was a racial motivation not to charge.him for six weeks, if gz was a black thirty. yr old who shot an unarmed.white boy who was walking home alone, he wouldve.been charged right away. There were alot of things they did that was.backwards such as not running a tox screen on the assailant, instead they ran it.on the victim
Isn't this interesting... Not only did Florida RUSH to charge George Zimmerman with a crime that just about everyone capable of coherent thought said was unjustified and would be found innocent of, but -
NOW, in addition to all the money it cost to try this in court, it's going to cost even more money, because the state of Florida is liable for all legal fees with the exception of those direct attorney costs.....

The more money this costs the state of Florida the less likely they'll prosecute someone again.
NO,on the "liable" issue! Good god, you canNOT get attorneys fees from the State in re CRIMINAL CASES!! So, you don't like the idea of having a state prosecutor to represent the citizens of a state in criminal cases? You do realize that in criminal cases it's THE STATE versus John Doe, (or whomever) Defendant, don't you?
I didn't notice the defense calling a LOT of experts. However, I'm sure they spent a lot of money taking depositions. Zimmerman spent most of the donations on HIMSELF and his wife. I guess the attorneys are just out of luck if they didn't insist he pay them something from the donations.

Damn.
It just really hurt. Super bad hurt.
Clue: Neither Trayvon nor his family was on trial.
Never mind. Where's that ignore button when I need it!!!!!
