Ah rather complex and would depend on his birthday cause thelaws regarding that have changed over the years. The constitution also forbids any person witha title of nobility becoming an officer in the US so he can’t say be a Knightor a Lord and become President. He also must live or reside in the US for 14years before running.
Ted Cruz is a interesting bloke, born in Canada so a Canadian subject of the Queen of Canada. So does Cruz have the right to become US president when he was born in and owes his loyalty to her majesty and Canada ?
Your premise is a non starter. You are saying someone born in Canada is subject to the Queen.

Canadians, not just those running for office, cannot accept titles of nobility. That's why Conrad Black renounced his Canadian citizenship (so he could be knighted) then begged for it back when he wanted protections under Canadian laws.

You fail at logic and law.
You are confused dear boy, Canada is a Constitutional monarchy which makes it's people subjects of the crown. And when Americans move to Canada and want to become Canadians they swear an oath of allegiance to the crown. (I, [name], do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Queen of Canada, Her Heirs and Successors. So help me God.[3] ) Oath of Allegiance (Canada) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia One is only surprised that the USA allows its citizens to keep American citizenship when they have sworn an oath of allegiance to the Canadian crown.

I'd rather be confused with the truth then have what ever you are drinking. Cruz is not subject to his people. Again, your logic fails. Just because you want other people to believe Cruz is a Canadian subject does not make his so. Even if England or Canada agreed with you it still wouldn't make it true.
Cruz is not under the jurisdiction or subjection of Canada or any other monarchy of any kind.
This would be a fine topic for discussion if your OP wasn't conclusionary and false.
