What's with this fear crap? It isn't the Spanish that are a problem but Mexicans and other Latinos that are here illegally and are thereby diluting our culture and language. Wanting our immigration laws enforced is fear? What's next, the word hater?

I don't hate Spanish but it is a minority language in this country and should remain so. What I object to is the millions of illegals from Spanish speaking countries flooding our borders and therefore diluting our own language of English. Many of their citizen/legal immigrant counterparts refuse to adopt English as their primary language of usage also. We aren't a Spanish speaking Hispanic nation in identity nor do the majority wish it to become so anymore than Mexicans in Mexico would desire their identity/language as a nation to change especially via illegal immigration. Why the double standards for our country?

Wrong. The difference is that Germans come here & become Americanized, learn the language. They don't think that the US should cater to them. Or maybe they are just better at learning a new language.
