Question 3 asks for the identity and credentials of any person who spoke at a Tea Party event hosted by the Richmond Tea Party. It seems now that the IRS is keeping track of your political activity. Give that some thought. Through bully tactics, and the threat of a felony conviction should your information be protected, the IRS is demanding that Tea Party organizers reveal the identity of those who spoke at events AND give details of what they said. How is this not tyranny?
3) Provide the following information for all the events and programs you have conducted and participated since October 22, 2010 to now. Please answer the following for each event.
3b - Copies of handouts you provided to the audience, participants and the public.
3d. - If speeches or forums were conducted in the event or program, provide detailed contents of the speeches or forums, names of the speakers or panels, and their credentials.
...and

5. List each past or present board member, officer, key employee and members of
their families who:
a) Has served on the board of another organization.
b) Was, is or plans to be a candidate for public office. Indicate the nature of
each candidacy.
c) Has previously conducted similar activities for another entity.
d) Has previously submitted an application for tax exempt status.
8. Please provide the following regarding your merchandise sales:
a) A vendor list. Indicate if the vendor is a related party.
b) A list of items sold.
c) Your cost for each item.
d) The selling price of each item.
26. Provide details regarding your relationship with Justin Bink-Thornas (sic).

34. Has your organization engaged in any activities with the news media? If so,
please describe those activities in further detail and, if available, provide copies of
articles printed or transcripts of items aired because of that activity. News media
activity may include the following:
a) Newspaper advertisements
b) Press releases
c) Interviews with news media
d) Letters to the editor

You are forgetting the IRS is staffed by "Americans", but unforchantly the "Tea Party" has forgotten what it means to be an American.

Scientists call the Tea party a "corporate propaganda group."

The problem is that Tea Party members are mentally unable to realize, that they are members of a corporate propaganda group. The "Tea Party" is 100% controlled by billionaire CEO's like the Koch brothers and large corporations like ExxonMobile.

Tea Party members are such willing followers of the corporate propaganda, that they now live their entire lives to serve large corporations (when these large corporations are moving their US jobs to Asia to get cheaper labor.)

The US government is something that has been built and made, ever since our country was founded. And today Tea Party members want to dismantle the US government (under the leadership of corporate think tanks.)

They want to abolish the FDA, EPA, and IRS (so these agencies can no longer regulate and fine large corporations.)
They want 0% tax rates on dividends (so billionaire CEO's will have 0% federal tax rates.)
They want corporate deregulation (so large corporations can make more money.)
They want to abolish class action lawsuits (so large corporations can no longer be sued in federal court.)
ex.ex.ex

Tea Party members also live their lives, to give large corporations and the rich tax cuts. The Tea Party calls these tax cuts for large corporations and the rich "supply side" and "trickle down tax cuts."

Americas present deficit and debt problems were caused by supply side tax cuts. Tea Party candidate Mitt Romney wanted to give Americas large corporations and the rich, $6.6 trillion dollars in supply side tax cuts. That whole $6.6 trillion dollars would have been added to America's national debt, and also financed the building of US factories in China.

(The above is only the tip of the iceberg, of what this corporate propaganda group is leading their followers to do.)

Propaganda is used by groups like USSR dictators and Adolf Hitler.

We don't just need the IRS going after the Tea Party, we need the US Military, FBI, CIA, and local police departments going after these corporate propaganda followers.

The following Australian documentary shows and explains the "Tea Party."

What do you contribute to society because that will certainly be considered? Are you useful?

When your government owns your health care, they own you. They own your family. They own the right to decide whether you live or die, or whether someone more important to you than yourself lives or dies.
Your post reminded me of a video of George Bernard Shaw:

The only reason I can come up with for the complete lack of any response by liberals in defense of this latest allegation, is that the collective servers at thinkprogress, talkingpointsmemo, moveon, and mediamatters must have crashed in response to the overwhelming volume of traffic seeking guidance on how to respond.

Fair dues, it is not often that a progressive investigative journalism organization like ProPublica will come out and admit something of the gravity of what was revealed today. Commendable to practice what one preaches in this day and age. They have my respect for their integrity.

I say give it a few hours and the the narrative will be complete, through the minimum 12 revisions required, and we will begin to see eerily similar responses popping up from the liberal crowd.

That response displays how little you really know. I asked what laws were broken and the above was your response. There were no laws broken.

In my opinion the IRS are in violation of their own guidelines. I don't agree with this ****, this wrongdoing, no matter what side it is being done too, it is wrong. It could happen to one of you, use to know someone who worked for the IRS a long time ago, and i heard stories even then. Think it cannot, think again!

OK lets look at facts:

Obama's vetting? No need.

Birth Certificate? Conspiracy.
Bad economy? Bush.

Obamacare special deals? Just business.

Drone program? Pass.
Close GITMO? Silence.
Fast & Furious? Silence.

Benghazi? Video.
STILL bad economy? Still Bush.

2012 voter fraud? Silence.
Benghazi talking points changed? Hillary's fault!

IRS misconduct? We're shocked! Shocked! Wasn't us!

AP Phone records ceased? NOW the media is awake? NOW it's a problem?

So you think Obama care is health care run by the government? Obamacare is regulations that require health insurance sold by private insurance companies. You're against something and you don't even know what you are against.

This administration has not had to deal with this kind of a fire storm. In the AP case and just like everything else someone thought they didn't have to follow proper procedure. The other two, Benghazi and IRS did serve the Obama campaign.

How do you know what the proper procedure is and if it was followed? The right wing is so in a hurry to pounce that they aren't even bothering to wait for the facts.
