If George W. Bush Is Accountable For 9/11, Then Barack Obama Is Accountable For the Boston Bombings (Congress, legal)

First off, Bush waswas was warned almost daily that there were going to be attacks that never came. There was no way to know what ones were real and what ones werent, just like Clinton didnt know.
As for Obama, if you are going to then blame that Bush should have known what ones were real and what ones werent, then clearly you should at least be honest and admit that Obama should have known about attacks that clearly he didnt, especially given that the FBI was also warned about these bombers.
The truth of course is that either one knowing would have been ridiculous, but hey, dont stop being hypocrites..

9/11 was a colossal failure of government. We knew an attack was planned, we knew what some of the targets were, we knew roughly when the attack was going to take place, we had policies to deal with hijackings, those policies were not followed, when Bush was informed of the attack he finished reading to children. --- Maybe he needed an alibi.
Was there an equivalent failure under Obama? For the life of me I don't know why shootings are being counted as terrorism.

Two al-Qa'ida members found guilty in the conspiracy to bomb our Embassies in East Africa were US citizens, and a senior EIJ member lived in California in the mid 1990's.
Nevertheless, FBI information since that time indicates patterns of suspicious activity in this country consistent with preparations for hijackings or other types of aNacks, including recent surveillance of federal buildings in New York
