I like how the left has now moved on from, Obama didnt lie, to now its not a crime..
Actually, it's pretty conclusive by now that the president did not lie. It was the CIA that believed that the Benghazi attack was in response to the Cairo demonstrations, that were a response to the video "The Innocence of Muslims". They stated that right from the start, and stated that this was preliminary, and that they would change their assessment as new evidence warranted.
And that's exactly what both Obama and Rice claimed. The emails are only interesting if you like office politics. Otherwise, it's mostly "can we stand behind this?" , "hey you told me not to say this publicly, why are you directing other people to do so?" And the like.

No, what I'm saying is that the CIA can't simply wheel Professor X up to Cerebro and have him use the giant computer to probe for answers using his mutant mind-reading powers.
Sorry, we live in the real world. Investigations take time, initial assessments can be, and often are, incorrect. The job of investigators is to work to find the truth over weeks or months, not to know everything instantly. And if you interrupt them mid-investigation, their job is to say "here's what we know now, but we're still investigation, and our assessment can change." It looks to me like the CIA did their jobs as well.
I love watching liberals stumbling around in a blind daze trying to defend obama the liar...
That is the paradox the 0bama supporters live with:
1) Either 0bama is a wise and brilliant man, whose leadership is guiding this nation, which would also put him at the heart of all these misdeeds and corruption.
2) or he is bumbling, incompetent boob, who is disconnected, and only concerns himself with his pet projects, like green energy, abortion, immigration reform and endless campaigning, which means he is not in charge, not leading, and he is clueless and oblivious to everything going on around him.
He's president passerby, who never knew anything about the IRS scandal until he saw it on the boob tube. No one tells him anything, because they don't respect him enough to tell him anything, or they know the deal, that he is disconnected and prefers to remain ignorant and out of the loop.
Here we go, the IRS knew, but no one told 0bama? Why, because he's a boob, or because he is a brilliant presidential leader? I vote, clueless, incompetent boob, who is only interested in green energy and making political speeches.

No they didn't. Now if for some beyond belief scenario where they did Obama needs to fire the agency from top to bottom for being so wrong and stupid.
