There are no urinals in a ladies bathroom. They must have been peeking under the door.

You said that we should mind our own business. You're correct to a point. The bottom line is that a line must be drawn somewhere. And this has nothing to do with conservatism or liberalism. Personally, as a male, i don't want to have a woman in the restroom due to the issues of safety for the woman.

I'll throw out a hypothetical. What if that same man would of harmed any of the women in any way? The store would've been liable and possibly be slapped with a lawsuit for neglect. With that, the store made the right decision although the man will likely lawyer-up soon.

It really makes no difference how they found out. Maybe it's simply well known in the community. facts are you can not discriminate here. And not in how one might think.

If they allow one male to use the women's restroom they are then going to have to allow all. Despite how some want to accuse others of being closed minded, women don't want to share a public restroom with men.

Pre-surgical transgenders are required to live as their new gender for a year prior to being accepted for surgery. This includes how they dress and which restroom they use - FTM uses the mens room, MTF uses the ladies room. At this time, they are also taking hormones for the new gender. Estrogen shrinks male genitalia. Testosterone adds muscle and grows hair.

Yes, because there will be a liability issue as well.

No, but the creep that realizes he can go into the women's restroom doesn't make for a safe environment for women. This is so often the problem. So many refuse to consider the repercussions of what they argue for in the big picture.
