Toure is one of these black guys who grew up in an almost exclusively White environments and to compensate for not having a "real" black experience embraces the most extreme politic ideology associated with Blacks. What kills me about guys like Toure with all their black nationalist talk they almost always marry white or nonblack women.
So 'Toure' was into black liberation theology, what a surprise. How much ego do you have to have to go the mononym route? Unless you're a female diva singer type, don't do it. Even then it puts you under immediate suspicion in my book.
