Calling you a liar would be considered a personal attack, report the post.

1. That's not what I said.

The poster in question has answered your question at least three times now. Get over yourself. This thread is not about you.

If you drink coffee while driving that can happen. So I guess if a woman pokes her eye out putting on mascara while driving she can bring a lawsuit against the mascara company

No, you're wrong. Seems you may not be quite the "expert" in all things legal you thought you were.

If the mascara was faultily made and somehow shot the thing in your eye, sure.

What part of "the coffee pot malfucntioned and heated the coffee way beyond what's safe" don't people understand?

There's a reason this woman needed skin grafts. You won't need that from a normal cup of coffee spilling on you.

You do -not- get third degree burns from a normal cup of coffee.

Again: Before people bring up the McDonald's case, they should actually research it.

For those not paying attention, the McDonald's suit was a tort case having no resemblance whatsoever to the sanctions and legal fees assessed against this birther. As thread-jacks go, this one is particularly irrelevant.
