They do, all attorneys ask for attorney fees paid as part of winning a case. Like I said, it is hard to collect money from someone that doesn't have any.

If you're so psychotic and delusional that you can't hold down a job, which I'm guessing most of them are, then yes. They need to be on something to pay for the all the meds it will take to make them better (in the event that meds even help).
