That's actually an unconstitutional restraint on free speech, and the city would almost certainly lose in court if the ruling were challenged.

nope, I dont care what flag is flown on private property. but only the american flag flown on state and federal property.

Flying an Irish flag by an "Irish" pub is Ok with me. Flying a Mexican flag by a Mexican food place is good too and I ain't a liberal.
