That in the natural way the Earth and living creatures expels and consumes the gas. Not gasoline with petroleum brought up from the depths of the earth releasing millions of years of gas within a few centuries time frame.
Again, only in ways that won't hurt the economy. We cut out CFC without hurting the economy, we can cut down on CO2 emissions and other emissions also.
