These can be divided into two groups. The first includes concepts that complement the rationale of internal homogenization through xenophobia, racism and exclusionism. Xenophobia involves behaviors and sentiments derived from fear, hate and hostility towards groups which are perceived as alien or strange, including people with alternative sexual preferences, styles of living and behavior;29 racism refers to the same sentiments, but based on racial grounds, such as belief in the national and moral significance of natural and hereditary differences between races, and the conviction that certain races are superior to others.

This part of the report from the west point paper on violent right wing groups. Those groups share many of the same core beliefs of far right wing conservatives. This isn't the only paper about right wing groups that defines it as nationalistic, intolerant, exclusionary, racist, and violent.

I know, I know West Point is a bastion of liberalism that's why the study was produce that's why the study of violent or conservative groups reveal the core ugly beliefs.
Oh yes - lets pick the traits of a few extremists and apply them to other people.

I am pretty sure that it is a logical fallacy.

I could do the same for liberals - but I prefer to be honest.

Anyone who doesn't believe that guns kill people obviously hasn't seen all the shenanigans I've caught my guns doing when they thought I was sleeping. I mean, they climb out of the safe, fix themselves cocktails, get in the hot tub, borrow the car...surely they could wander down the street and kill someone if they had half a mind to...and I wouldn't put it past them.

If so - it makes sense why they would support a ban on people.

Since banning guns will do next to nothing to prevent gun violence why don't we do something that is 100% effective.

Should we ban people?
Banning people is irrational.

Heck I'd settle for banning cross country runners. At least the slow ones........ and I don't mean "slow" in terms of their 5K or 8K time either.
