Don't be ridiculous. Everyone realizes this refers to the complete lack of any regulation surrounding the private resale of weapons, many times occurring at gun shows.

Umm no they don't...

In fact more private sales occur outside if gun shows.

But people only know what the media tells them...

If they knew anything they'd know it wasn't a loophole but really just various state laws...

Why the supposition that people don't know the law? I was just responding to the gun show loophole post. And I never said more, I said many. I know you're looking for a gotcha, go look somewhere else.

I am sure this is 32 pages of garbage and name calling and poorly mocking Gabby Gifford, but good for her for starting a cause like this which I hope realist measures can come from it from both sides.

The gun show loophole is the worst kept secret going. Any old criminal in 33 states can purchase a firearm in 'Murica, all he has to do is save a few bucks and attend a gun show:

http://www.csgv.org/issues-and-campa...-show-loophole

Here's a disturbing fact--40% of alll firearm sales are done without a background check. Embarrassing, disgraceful. Our leaders need to shut this crap down.

And being in the military or a vet doesn't make anyone a hero or even a good person.
They're not defending any of my rights in their little excursions overseas.

Oh my!
Has there been another country's military attack against the US?
Here??
I must have missed it....was it the day I spent at the beach....I presume we successfully defended against it?
If none of these questions are pertinent, what the hell are you yelling about?
