How restrictive of a law would have
prevented this teacher from buying
the guns her son used?

Congress doesn't have to outlaw guns, they could just tax them out of existence. A $10,000 annual tax stamp per firearm would weed out the riff-raff. At the same time it would reduce the national debt.

A Federal NICS check and a 4473 as already on the books. The FBI and BATF made that call....it's NOT our problem.
