Who was this American citizen who was assasinated?

If he was an al Qaeda terrorist - then he lost any claim to U.S. citizenship the moment that he joined that organization - which is a sworn enemy of our country.

Either kill him or arrest him - and try him for treason. Either way the result would be the same.

Was he acting as an enemy combatant when he was killed?

He was killed in a drone strike. I agree he gave up his rights when he joined the enemy and plotted against the US.

Palin? Seriously? She didn't finish her last job.

I think R could do better than that cracker jack.

Would you please show me where in the Constitution is states that an American citizen loses his/her citizenship if they join an organization that is a "sworn enemy of the United States?"

For folks who often speak of distrusting the federal government, you sure do trust it when it comes to war and killing. Not as important as Big Bird and photo IDs and anchor babies, but fairly important, is it not?

Would you also approve of the assassination of American citizens with allegiances to para-military, supremacist groups that have an avowed stance of taking down the U.S. federal government?

When we give in to these things, when we torture...just a little bit...when we murder American citizens without due process...just once or twice...we erode the things that give us integrity and moral standing. We also put ourselves in more danger, not less.

Romney's Secretary of State will be Hillary Clinton!

And Romney's PRESIDENT will be Barack Obama!
