Hell no. She was the one who was running (driving) away from the officer. She hit him with her car so I totally defend the actions of the BP officer. I swear, the media loves turning the good guy into the bad guy and the bad guy into the victim.
Right off the bat the husband "demands" an investigation and then follows that up with "whoever this guy is he should be shot".
Yep; that's some unique method to memorialize the loss of your dearly beloved alrighty. Why does your country tolerate these retarded morons by giving them press coverage of ANY type whatsoever.
If preliminary investigation by third party establishes that she indeed attempted to flee and in so doing endangered the Officer's life or well being, end of story and end of investigation with a senior official, press in tow, showing up at hubby's door to tell him succinctly: "your wife committed a crime and that crime was etc., etc., which resulted in the officer shooting her in self defence. Had she not been hereditarily stupid enough to assume running down a cop would be acceptable given her racial minority membership, she'd still be alive". "Would you care to make it a two-fer sir?"
can't tell...... if she used the car as a weapon the Cop was free and clear to defend himself.
If she was just fubarred and driving like a loon and the cop refused to get out of the way of a car then he is a walking deadman.
Some cops will push that badge too far.... Is this the case? Who knows........
If the husband believes deep in his heart the cop is wrong he will have no choice but to take thye law into his own hands.. The cops will cover up any wrong doing their officer may have done.
me i can't see enough info to even decide one way or the other......
Border patrol agents were in a Chula Vista neighborhood to serve a felony warrant on Friday.
Alvarado's family confirmed the warrant had nothing to do with her and the mother of five would never intentionally hurt anyone for any reason.
Witnesses in the area at the time of the shooting said they saw Alvarado slowly driving in reverse as the agent opened fire on her at least six times.
"As the car was backing up the officer was in the street walking toward the car, and discharging," recalled witness Prince Watson.
"I heard it, 'Pow, pow,' and just told my family to get down," said witness Ayanna Evans.
Witnesses believe Alvarado may have accidentally struck the agent and panicked when he told her to stop and pulled out his gun.
They said the agent was in plain clothes and was not displaying a badge.
"The whole thing didn't look right," added Evans.

A close relative of a person who tragically lost her life, should not be judged. He remains alone to raise their 4 children. I don't wish anyone to be in that situation, whatever the circumstances that led to the shooting were.
From what I can tell...the agent was in the right.
Lesson of the day? Don't try to run over a federal agent.
