If she was backing up and hit him, how did he end up on the hood and shooting into the front windshield ?

I always wonder if the 'victim's' family is being serious, or they just know what needs to be said for the upcoming lawsuit.

Two more border agents attacked today, one killed.

We've got a government that is encouraging attacks on our border agents -- rewarding those coming here illegally -- if they can just get past the border agents.

But what about all those citizen eyewitness accounts that she was an innocent bystander scared off by a man holding a gun ?

Maybe these people, if they are immigrants from Mexico, see any LE as the bad guy and will always back up each other.

And now that more of this is coming out, the family has decided to not comment anymore.

If the story holds true, there will be no lawsuit. She tried to kill him first.

She was a mother of 5, on probation for drug offenses and in a house being raided by border control and DEA for drugs ?
She probably did what she did because otherwise was going back to jail.

The officers shouldn't have let her leave the house. That was their first mistake.
