What part of "It's against the law" is so hard for birthers to understand? It's not like the State of Hawaii can say "It's against the law, but hey, this time we'll make an exception!" or "It's against the law, but since you said "Pretty please with sugar on it..."
As with the Full Faith and Credit Clause, the birthers would circumvent the laws that protect us all, including the President, in the name of their spurious agenda.
