lost or tossed? This is so easily resolved by Obama just producing his original. What is the freaking problem? If he can have it copied, he can release it. It's obvious that there is no original, he is a compete fraud, and America has been duped. He wouldn't be a natural born citizen anyway, if Obama Sr. was truly the sperm donor.
