Some of the posts on CD are down right stupid. This guy is a cold blooded murdered. Who cares if his friends say he's a nice guy. Yeah, so was Ted Bundy, a volunteer rape hotline counselor. So was John Wayne Gayce, a guy who volunteered his whole life and dressed up as a clown to cheer up sick kids.
Whatever way you frame it, Zimmerman is going to try to save his own skin and lie his way out of this, and since the police dosent seem to care, he'll probably get away with it.

The reason the first photo was used by the media is that it was the only one available. It was from his 2005 arrest for assault.
Had the Sanford Police actually bothered to take a picture of Zimmerman, then maybe a current 2012 photo would have been published instead! However, there are no photos of his so-called broken nose and deep cuts. Not even a hospital report.

True, and it really doesn't matter. If Zimmerman wants to call himself Asian, that's fine too. Apparently it's what was on the official police report.
One thing I will say, however, is that this whole story is turning into a media circus.

sure there are black people on welfare but they weren't the topic of discussing, they asked him about welfare recipients not black people, he just automatically thought black Opel as synonymous with welfare which is why he answered so stupidly.. and anyways
