With recent legislation making you and I subject to indefinite detention without trial or benefit of counsel, there is no longer a Constitution.

If you are an American citizen, there is no such legislation.

You've got the wrong thread for that question.

United States Public Law 103-150

The "Apology Resolution"
Apology Resolution Excerpts
It looks like someone came to a gunfight armed with just a knife handle.

The "Apology Resolution" only proves that the United States "acknowledges the historical significance of the illegal overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawai'i", it doesn't prove that Hawai'i is not a part of the United States. There's a nice, little "disclaimer section at the end of the "Apology Resolution" that pretty much strips it of any real legal significance. Here's a link to a PDF that shows what the U.S. Supreme Court thinks of the "Apology Resolution"...
http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/08pdf/07-1372.pdf

In order to prove that Hawai'i is not part of the United States, one needs to carefully examine the authority that the "Provisional Government of Hawai'i" and subsequent "Republic of Hawai'i" possessed to convey the former "Kingdom of Hawai'i" to the United States. If one looks at the "Letter of Abdication" that Queen Lili'uokalani signed in 1895 which "declared" the "Republic of Hawai'i" to be the "only lawful Government of the Hawaiian Islands" and "renounced" her claim to the "throne of Hawai'i", there's an "anomaly" with her signature. The "Letter of Abdication" was signed "Lili'uokalani Dominis" which is a fictitious name. In addition, the "Letter of Abdication" was signed under duress. Nowadays, things signed with "fictitious names" under duress have no legal validity. Unfortunately, things were a little different in the late 19th Century...

Deflection? Are you serious? You said no such law exists ON THIS THREAD. Try again.
