Its not a question. Israel is secular in its government and law. It is a Jewish state because 76% of it's residents are Jewish. you can continue to ask the question, but the answer remains the same. You simply can't point to any credible source which describes israel as anything other than a democracy.
Again, you declare your concerns for Christian brothers everywhere. You seem really focused on Israel for Christmas trees, while your brothers are being tortured and murdered throughout the middle east. I don't recall any threads by you addressing those issues. I wonder why?
The Vatican is a Catholic State. Are you offended by that?
It is not a State in the traditional sense. It is an admintrative headquarters. Please describe how it is a State...and who's land did the Pope steal and occupy for it?

Is this simply another post to highlight the hypocrisy of Israel and the bigotry of those that blindly support it?
The State of Vatican City was born with the Lateran Treaty, signed on 11 February 1929 between the Holy See and Italy, which marked the personality of the sovereign body of public international law, established to assure the Holy See, in his capacity as the supreme institution of the Catholic Church, "the absolute and visible independence and assure indisputable sovereignty also in the international arena", as stated in the preamble of the said Treaty.
It's not a country like the US or Canada is a country. It is only a home for the Pope.
