Age of 12 is not High School, the last I checked it's Middle School, next they use elementary. Where were the parents, I wonder.

Legalize some drugs, I don't think all. Can't believe people would get there stuff from Mexico.

If we could ever get the Idiots in Washington to end the war on drugs we wouldn't have to worry about our high school kids.

If you're selling dope in this country (with the exception being Meth and other homegrown drugs), you're already working indirectly for the Cartels. The difference being the amount of buffers between you and Joe Blow Mexican. And guess what? The Mexican Cartels work for the South American Cartels. If these "students" couldn't sell dope for an international cartel, they'd just sell it for some local yokel dope dealer. Big deal. This is meaningless as a story.

This isn't news. Legalize drugs and we can all dismiss this nonsense.
Understood.
For you No problem if the cartel is in the school.
You see what happened in Mexico.
Over 40,000 killed so far.

It's the right-wing authoritarians that don't seem to remember the mistakes of the past.

"right wing authoritarians" ... like Obama? And all of the members of Congress except Ron Paul ???

If the drugs were legal you wouldn't have the cartels.

.

That's not true at all. And yes, I'm sure there are some pot plants in Waterloo. Pot is grown in every area of the USA.

Pot brings in more revenue than any other crop in the USA.

Where are their parents??? LMAO! I highly doubt these kids being recruited are middle class caucasian student athletes and honor students. No these cartels are probably using latino and hispanic down and outers who probably have low self esteem and two spanish speaking parents that are two busy raising his/her five brothers and sisters mowing grass or picking strawberries. That's where their parents are. Or worse the parents probably have no problem with their kids working with the drug cartels and even worse their family members are probably involved.

No, I mean right wing authoritarians, which is exactly what I wrote.

Obama - and others - might occassionaly give into political and legal pressure to act in their interests, but the motivation is coming from the authoritarian Right when it comes to regulating all the "fun" stuff like sex and drugs.

These people have far too much influence in our political system. It's the same thickheaded loons that forced Prohibition on us and got it passed because people were too afraid to fight against it.
