Cheap political stunt?
World of Class Warfare - The Poor's Free Ride Is Over - The Daily Show with Jon Stewart - 08/18/11 - Video Clip | Comedy Central

We can tax the top 2% a little bit more on their income, and make 700 billion dollars, or we can take half of everything the bottom 50% of the population owns.

I say we take everything the bottom 50% has. **** the poor.

Speaking of, whomever keeps saying that the bottom 50% pays no taxes needs to stop spreading that lie.

Lol, what is a little bit more? And $700 billion is chump change on a $14 trillion deficit.

Debt, not deficit. Our deficit is about 1.4 trillion.

So, obviously, taking everything the bottom 50% will solve that problem. **** the poor.

Default Obama wants millionaires to pay as much taxes as the middle class does, GOP says no way!!

Obama's proposal, to be unveiled Monday, is likely to face strong opposition from congressional Republicans and could resonate throughout the 2012 presidential election.

In dollars, they pay far more than the middle class does. Percentages are for obscuring the truth and pandering for votes. Actual tax revenue is what matters, not what percentage they pay.

So tax rates don't matter? Is this the new Tea Party/GOP mantra? If a billionaire pays $17,000 in taxes do you want a minimum wage earner to pay $17,000 in taxes?

How about a Democrats' tax instead, heaven forbid they actually pay the taxes they advocate for everyone else. The only people who don't pay taxes are Democrat voters and Democrat campaign contributors. Democrat voters, of course pay 0% federal income tax and collect welfare and other government benefits, and Democrat campaign contributors get sweetheart deals so that they can make billions of dollars in profit and not pay a dime in taxes, just ask Jeffrey Immelt. Let Democrats pay their fair share instead of stealing everyone else's money and enriching themselves and their cronies.

And You and The Marxist Thug in the White House should determine what anyone's part should be?

Why is it that Broke, Poor ***** Communists never seem to Take enough from those that have earned it?

Even one of your own was honest about your thieving ways, when it comes to using the power of the Government to Take that which you did not earn ..

Although you already know this and are just being argumentative, no, that is not what I am advocating. Would you rather have 20% of $50,000 or 20% of $1,000,000? The percentage does not matter, the rich monetarily pay far more than the middle and lower class.
