Only the image has been examined... and the only genuine experts in image analysis (as opposed to the fleet of incompetent amateurs trotted out by WND) who have looked at that declare it free from any sign of manipulation.

Ultimately, the only authority on thre planet qualified to declare the birth certificates authentic is the State of Hawaii.

And they have declared them authentic.
