Seriously, Nancy Grace made me cringe when she was on GMA with Dan Abrams and George Snafulufugus (sp?) With her constant jabs, it was like she could barely tolerate the male presence.

(at about 1:19 is Nancy Grace at her man-hating finest)

You sure Nancy Grace isn't one of those "tuck it back" kinda women? Seriously, she takes the blame for blowing this up into a national fiasco.

In spite of being highly educated people, they (the prosecution) work for the local government. And being public sector workers, they reside in a delusional, perceptually inbred world that affords them the luxury of overreaching without any significant consequences. How much did this prosecutorial circle-jerk cost the taxpayers of that town?

Besides, why should Casey Anthony be "punished with a baby" when the bella vita was waiting?

Sounds like you've been listening to Geraldo with the over-charging statement. The truth is the jury could have come back with any of the lesser charges of homicide - they chose not to.
Geraldo is an idiota'

Sounds like you are speaking a Homo Neanderthalensis dialect with your patronizing explanation of "the truth". Which, to your credit, bolsters my assertion that the career public sector attorneys did over-reach and did in fact fail to assess the real world possibilities of getting a conviction of any kind at all with the evidence they had.

But all that aside, there are some things you just know in your gut to be true. And "the truth" is that this jury, being sequestered for 6 weeks, took the easy way out just so they could go home. And that was the fault of public sector hacks who aimed too high - trying to overcome their own mediocrity.

Jeff Ashton mediocre? wow, who the hell do you think you are? He has a stellar record for convictions. He has been doing murder trials since 1981. Would you like to know how long Baez has been a lawyer? Since 2005, this being his first murder trial. How dare you call Ashton a hack!
Juries are a reflection of the populace at large. We just lost a great prosecutor, who appears to have given up on the system.

That is bull, but if you want to go there, then you have to blame CNN, the motherload. If you want boycott them, fine with me.
