For all we know, Panetta could have been taking instructions from Dick Cheney.

Yeah maybe Haliburton really took him out!

You mean you watched a bunch of missiles flying through the air? How in the world does that compare to a highly classified mission to take out an individual?

There are state secrets to protect national security. Always have been, always will be. You'd be amazed what was withheld during WWII if you study it.

All you have to do is go read the de-classified docs at the Eisenhower Library in Abeline, KS. We had to comb through that paperwork for a full week in high school.

One of the center left, here, who believes this account, sadly. Picture of the Situation Room worth a thousand words. Obama a bystander. Of course, he wasn't told. The dithering is totally believable.

What scares me is Valerie Jarrett. So she is pulling the strings? Who the heck is she? What credentials does she possess to be his closest advisor? Does he ever go against her advice? I think not. But Daley can overrule her. The Chicago hierarchy.

Panetta, Clinton, Gates, Daley. The real tough guys in the room. God help us all. Hillary and Gates leaving angry, frustrated and exhausted from all the maneuvering and palace intrigue. Hillary not an effective SoS, however. We need a clever, intimidating male as SoS to deal with chauvinist Middle East regimes.

They have changed the direction of spin on this several times already. At present, it is reported that Bin Laden did not resist, surrendered, and was summarily executed. It's a truly pitiful situation when I can't decide who is more likely to be lying: Bin Laden's daughter or my own government. How did we end up with such duplicious people in Washington? God help us!

BTW, I am confident that the highly professional, very capable military special ops people told it to their command exactly like it is. The lying, conniving spin meisters in Washington have now mucked this up beyond belief

We've heard so much over the past few years that whenever there's a situation, we can always find our President vacationing or golfing .. In light of these most current events, I'm not in the least bit surprised to learn that the President "choked" when it came time to make another, very important decision.

This is our President .. Obama .. who would prefer to not acting under his own volition for fear that someone, somewhere, might have an opinion, or a critique of him.

I'm not impressed at all with him remaining on the sidelines .. The Republicans won't beat him in 2012 .. his habitual indecision is what's going to beat him ..
Your source is a POS.

You have no idea how the military works.

Nobody overrides, countermands, or vetoes the Commander in Chief. Nobody.

The President does what he's told to do.

Sure you do.

Everyone does.

Do you know what Obama stands for?

Hell no you don't.

No one does.

Obama doesn't know what he stands for.

Look, every freaking day since Sunday, can they all just get along, and get their stories straight, the story has seemed to take on different meanings as each day passes. Which story are we to believe, and i surely am not the only one who feels this way. Been talking to people out and about, some are not trusting the story they are hearing, while others are content. The one thing i am sure of is a dead Obama, not to happy with his new surroundings.
