Bigot? I never said that Ron Paul is a bigot. I said that he's a Republican, and that it's not humanly possible for me to vote for a Republican for president.
Get the authority to go to war lies with Congress. So far, it appears he has let them know what is going on about as much as he has the American people.

A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially one exhibiting intolerance, and animosity toward those of differing beliefs.

You are bigoted towards Republicans.

Well, i'm not a magnanimous person....or shall i say, not as much as i should be. If someone bares their teeth at me, i'm returning it in kind. I'm not going to be the bigger man about it. Not my style.

If a person or group has shown animus towards me or my brothers, i'm going to show it back. The group in question is openly hostile towards my people. My people are important to me. Not endorsing such hostility doesn't make me a bigot in my book though it does apparently in yours. That's cool. You aren't the one on the receiving end of it...i am.

If that makes me a bigot, then so be it. But if Ron Paul wants to be an Independant, i'm all ears. I happen to like a lot of what he has to say. But he's a Republican, which means he's on the same team with the likes of Jeff Sessions and Allen West. And well....i don't think i need to say anymore.

I don't get why it's silly when Obama actually did something unconstitutional.

Now it is true, his opposition in Congress is more than willing to see the President be allowed to wage war without Congressional approval. So they will not challenge him.

But that's their lack of character and principles in fulling their Constitutional role.

I would have expected this action from a Republican president, but not from Obama. Especially since he campaigned on ending the other two wars we have going on right now......

Shame on me..... I'm old enough to know ALL politicians and full of $hit....

I shouldn't have been surprised.......
Don't reward with him with your vote if that was your plan. People concerned with the rule of law and civil liberties must draw the line somewhere. He's horrible.

Okay, I disagree with you on almost EVERY issue.

But you have stood by your principles and I applaud that...

No actually that was for torture, illegal wiretapping, and lying to Congress about the reason for war.
