Nope. This is what the HDOH's Okubo has to say about the COLB Obama supposedly put online: "I don't know that it's possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents."
With that statement, the HDOH has plausible deniability. Obama does not.

Yep, Trump qualifies to be POTUS. But Obozo is nothing more than a fraud usurper occupying the White House and acting as though he is the president until he can provide his LONG-FORM birth certificate proving he was born in the U.S.

Everyone who thinks Trump's BC is not official is wrong. It may not be what is issued today, but hospitals used to issue BC's. That is where you got them from. What he showed was official before the Dept. of Health started managing them. Everytime I have used my BC, it was the one issued from the hospital with a raised seal. It was definitely legit whenever I used it. This is more official than Obama's COLB.

It is not now, and never was a legal document. ChristineVA explained this well. I got certificates like that when my daughters, now 23 and 27 were born. It says right on them, and I quote: "*Not a Legal Birth Certificate". Your hospital birth certificate is not now, and never was a legal document. It's laughable that you think this piece of paper is more official than Obama's certificate with a raised (not a shiny gold) state seal on it.
In years past, the DMV, schools, etc were more lenient about what they would take as documentation. You undoubtedy have a birth certificate on file at your state dept. of vital statistics.

Why is a long form birth certificate any different than a legal birth certificate from the state's vital records department?

What does staying married faithfully to one woman have to do with him producing a valid long-form birth certificate. About as much as a toad frog has to do with a crystal chandelier.
