If you happened to notice, the economy took a massive dump a few years back...and hasn't recovered, yet.

I'm shocked you are shocked. Unless you think people can buy stuff more often when the economy is down... which makes little sense, but hey, so do a lot of threads here.

And existing home sales across the Nation are down also, because of the still many foreclosed properties homes are competing with, and houses competing with these forclosed properties, their values are going to be down, sad but true. Have to take into consideration the prices that foreclosed properties sold at.

So many of us saw this coming, when i was in real estate years ago, i saw this coming, i knew then with the bogus loans given out, that something was up.

Just think what will happen when the backlog of Freddie/Fannie forclosures really hits the market!
