That 8,000 credit sure did a good job, eh?

How many people on CD said that demand will only slowly pull back when the credit ends?

Home sales plunged after tax credit ended - Nov. 11, 2010

What we are seeing now in the government induced housing bubble breaking. Home sales will plunge further when the mortgage tax credit is repealed next year (or yet this year).

The tax credit never should have been offered to begin with. Neither should the mortgage interest deduction nor FHA, Fannie or Freddie. They should ALL be got rid of and the government should the hell OUT of housing all together. If they do, housing will find its own natural market based on supply and demand and lending will actually be based on CREDIT worthiness and a down payment.

It is all going by plan of the radical Obama clan.

They want to destroy America financially and the way to do it kill the middle class, steal from successful people and put everyone on government assistance.

It is all in the Soros/Alinksy plan that is being implemented by the sheep dog in the WH.

And the idiot fool in the WH says the recent election was not on him and his failed policies.

The one termer has a rude awakening coming as the America people are sick of his radical transformation of America.

Lots of this crap was put in place long before Obama got there. Clinton put lots of it in place and Bush expanded it greatly. So you cannot just blame Barrack Obama for this mess.

With so many more Americans looking for apartments to rent now, are there even enough such apartments available?

You won't need apartments when the literal tsunami of foreclosed houses come back. You can fit a lot of people in 4,000 sqft.
