It's what I would expect from British Academics. Academics and Brits tend to be quite predictable after all, being they tend to think what they're instructed to think.

I guess they're still mad at George Washington, Adams, et cetera. That's the British sense of humor for you.

This study comes from a country without a constitution. Take it with a grain if salt.

FDR allowed the Great Gold Confiscation of U.S. gold in 1933... Everybody was ordered to turn in their gold and was shipped to Fort Knox... Where then all the American's gold was scooped up by a few British bankers... No U.S. citizens were allowed to own gold until 1970 when Nixon reversed the order...

You are demonstrating a lack of understanding of the British system. They do not have a single document which is called a "constitution". The British constitution is enshrined in the laws which have been duly passed by parliament.
