While I may argue passionately for what I believe I have never advocated we settle, things in this asinine manner.

Leo Ryan was shot and killed by Jim Jones and his band of nutcases in a foreign country (Guyana) because he ignored advice to accept protection from Diplomatic Security Service special agents. Rumor has it that he was really down there to gather intelligence so that the CIA Special Activities Division and the Guyana Defense Force could storm the Jonestown compound.
This is a tragic event and nobody deserves to be murdered over their political beliefs. I pray that the Obama administration does not use this as an excuse to go after gunowners, the TEA Party, and conservatives in general.
