Good grief, when are you liberals going to see the truth? Yes, it would be worse, but it was only a delay of the inevitable. The "worse" is now coming.

This is what we get after spending $1 trillion?

What a disaster.

I guess that means the jobs number for July will be negative, since all those temporary census workers will be gone.
Perhaps Obama should let someone hold his purse or murse while he attempts to run the country. When will he realize he can't spend his way out of this economic crisis?

So when we're losing 750,000 jobs a month as we were during the last couple months of Bush, the government should do nothing?

I'm not an Obama fan, I don't like its economic policy, I think he's really bad because he didn't study the economy or run a business..But honestly I'm happy for these 42,000 jobs added.Yes, it's clearly not enough, much more is needed, but it's better than nothing.
For example, the economy of France continues to destroy jobs since January.

And you have no idea how much better it could have been if the trillion had been BETTER spent, rather than spending $500K to create ONE job..

Things could be worse - we should give credit where due. Looking on the bright side, with 42K jobs/mo we will have all the 15M unemployed back to work by 2039.
