yeah, perhaps both parties view it as a positive..in that it brings people downtown but also more people show up for the festivals...it is a high profile location

And as central in the greater area as you could hope for.

To me the real sign of the times was Zombie Fest. Getting them to move from Monroeville Mall was a big deal (although I gather they had outgrown what the Mall was willing to support).

Anyway, this was news to me:

I'm actually a client of theirs. I promote music events and we switched over to their system years ago. They are smoking everyone else out there right now, and I'm not just saying that because they're local.
