This development has always made me kinda sad. Still on the fence with fracking. While I know our security is better served by a mix of energy sources (wind, solar, coal and natural gas) this cracker plant exists for making plastic that is not recycled half of the time I'm guessing. We need to move away from plastic in this regard. The view of Beaver will never be the same when crossing that cute little blue bridge..

Half of the time is a huge overestimate for plastic recycling. We do need to move away from it.

We put out our blue recycling bin. I've read that it all goes to the same dump. Nothing is being recycled for the last 4 or 5 years. It's virtue signaling and I'm done.

Interesting place. Over 4,000sf with HOA of $2,800+ a month. You really have to have money to burn for such a place, but I suspect if you are making a couple million a year or more it could be a nice downtown location if you HAVE to be in such an area due to your work. Someone will buy it, but I don't think at that price. I like how the electric stovetop blends into the counter however. That is cool and clean looking.

At 4000sf this is larger than the average home. I know a lady that downsized to this building. She purchased two units and combined them. This looks like a similar unit. I vividly remember watching the regatta air show plane crash from the great room……awesome views

May the flipper who dipped the inside of this vintage house and all its woodwork in grey and white paint spend a decent amount of time in HGTV purgatory. All of the character painted over or ripped out. Kinda glad interest rates are rising. Maybe it will discourage this kinda stuff.

Ugh, agreed. Why bother with an old house if you're just gonna try and make it look like a new one?
