And lets now add the Olive Garden Monroeville to places we cannot go at night - 1 person shot saturday evening.

dunno how many here actually get to this area anymore or have been there in the last 5 or so years, but aside from the frequent shootings, stabbings, rapings and robberies at the mall (my kid takes his drum lessons at guitar center behind the mall), Home goods, At Home, the OG and a mexican restaurant we all frequent, are but a couple hundred yards away....

This is not going to change unless the residents stand up as 1....

Its bad enough that we shortcut thru the 'shooting gallery' (broadway in pitcairn) to turn up wall, but now the destination is like mariupol Ukr?????

Bingo…unfortunately, as we’ve seen, standing up as 1 barely ever happens.

Monroeville has been terrible since the incident of '78. Truly horrifying what happened that year.

Nah, Monroeville was great up until the last few years. Was a super busy area, the Mall was packed, so many thriving businesses, etc…The riff-raff have simply moved in on it and it’ll continue to get worse.

Many including myself had great experiences there after ‘78. The incident must’ve hurt your feelings and hit you hard not to be able to enjoy it and be able to let go after Dawn of the Dead, lolol. Loved the mall, especially when the skating rink was there. Sad what that mall and area has become.
